Interview with preselected candidates
Short-listed applicants will be invited to an interview in English by video conference, with a jury of three members from the Selection Committee and the addition of one non-academic member selected differently each year from our pool of non-academic associated partners.
During this interview, a 10 minutes presentation will be given by the candidate,
followed by 20 minutes of discussion in English and in French with the members
of the committee to assess scientific knowledge and personal motivation.
An “interview” grade will be given by the Jury according to the following evaluation criteria:

The 20 funded positions in the MISEI program are awarded to applicants with the best grades during the application process based on the overall evaluation of:
The MISEI programme can select 30 students per year:
Top-scoring candidates will receive a monthly allowance of €1,400, covering living expenses during the 24 months of the program, which is the full length of its duration.

The consorium will cover the visa fees for both categories of students.
Scholarships are divided among EU Member States, associated countries, and regions outside the EU, with specific quotas for each group. The eligible countries are categorized as follows
